Happy Summer Solstice everyone~ Although, not such a happy one for Michael on today’s page!

So as a little bit of a rundown of how things went with the Usual Haunts campaign, here’s how it did compared to my last Kickstarter for Rainy Day Dreams Book 1.

I’m really excited to have seen this much growth between the two campaigns. I was so grateful for the response, especially given that this campaign was to fund me actually making the pages for Usual Haunts and not just printing a previously created product. Art is a very strange and winding path. It’s hard to even know what makes a project successful, but I definitely don’t think I could have see the growth I did here without all the work and history I’ve had with making Rainy Day Dreams. I’m excited to see what new paths I’ll get to tread with Usual Haunts and I’m looking forward to bringing what I learn from it into how I make Rainy Day Dreams.

Also as another quick note, I’m exhibiting digitally in TCAF’s online marketplace currently! The convention was over the weekend, but the digital shop will be open until June 26, this Sunday! It’s probably the best rate on shipping you’ll ever get on my stuff if you live in Canada so make sure to grab books while you can! There’s also a good selection of digital comics to enjoy <3 Here’s a peek~
