I know a guy who’s been off screen who might appreciate it.
Question: is tristen character design Origen from the anime Vanhellsing of the OP immortal vamp?
Also the “OP imortal vamp” is the guy dressed in all red, with a red hat an yellow sun glasses. He also caries a handgun that fires exploding bulets made from a silver from a church cross.
Are you talking about Alucard from Hellsing/Hellsing Ultimate? Regardless, no, Tristin’s character design was not based off any particular pre-existing character. I do think she would make a good Selphie (of Final Fantasy VIII) cosplayer, if she was real.
Did I type Tristin I meant, Michael, sorry it is just I haven’t read the comic in a while, and I’m really bad with names. Also I do agree with you Tristin would make a good Selphie.
Lol no problem. While Michael is not based directly off Alucard, I do super love the Hellsing manga and have tried to incorporated some of it’s stylistic choices into the way I portray my vampires.
Nice, that is really cool, I just started to watch the anime, it is really good. But I should probably read the manga to compare which is better.
I remember liking the original Hellsing anime well enough when I watched it, but it has kind of a bananas ending. Hellsing Ultimate (which is newer and follows the books) also gets kind of weird, but I think I prefer it plot-wise. I haven’t actually watched the whole series because I felt like the pacing of the first episode was crazy slow. If you are 18+ and not opposed to foul language, I really like Team Four Star’s Hellsing Abridged. Though it’s probably more funny having read through the books already.
