Well *I* think that your joke was funny. This is actually the *2nd* webcomic I have read that has made a reference to that song, the first was Dr McNinja, in one of the Beeman arcs.

Nooo…? Mostly no. Without giving away plot, I will say he is not the embodiment of a tarot card like the characters in the classic novel Frostline by Linda and Linda(this Twitter thread is gold, enjoy). Some of the things people have called him are meant, on my part as a writer, to call to mind some of the connotations associated with Tarot.
OMG that is Hilarious! I have bookmarked it for further rereads. But yeah, I’m going call that SpaceCowboy is some form of creature that knowing their true name gives you power over them. Either that, or he’s Very Very Old and has enough enemies that he just goes by an alias All The Time
